"Why Can't I Connect" makes it easier to resolve TCP/IP connection errors

Why Can't I Connect? is an application designed to help you analyze TCP/IP connection problems and figure out how to solve them.

The application displays a user-friendly interface which offers you quick access to tests for SQL, MySQL, FTP, SFTP, IMAP, POP3, SMTP, IRC, LDAP and Usenet servers. For each of the connection types, the application offers you a window in which you are required to enter the name/ IP address and port number for the target.
